Terms of Service

Hi, my name is Makumakuma or Maku for short and I'm a Digital Artist.• I DO
- Mostly Original Characters
- Dungeons and Dragons Characters
- Fanart
- NSFW
- Fantasy themed stuff (Dark or Not)
- CREATURES!!!- Basically ANYTHING that is LEGALMy TAT / Delivery Time is around 3 days OR MORE, depending on details and complexity of the IllustrationRevisions are free (3 attempt)((Additional $2 for every revision will be settled if the 3 attempts are already used))

MOP is Paypal (through Paypal invoice) and GCash ONLYPayment of 50% of Total Service Price should be settled upon accepting the SKETCH

Upfront Payment of Total Service PriceNO REFUND

- The Artist has the rights to decline a project/work/commission if it is deemed cannot be done .- After accepting the SKETCH, the Client should Expect an Update once a day from the Artist regarding to the Project/Work/Commission Status .- An Additional Base Fee of $100 should be paid when using the Commissioned Illustration for Commercial Purposes. The Fee may vary depending on the scale of said Purpose, discussion with the Artist will be done.- After finishing the Commissioned Illustration, the Client should pay the remaining balance of the Total Service Price before receiving the Product(Illustration) through Email or Discord.- Discussions will be done with the Client whether or not the Artist can post the Commissioned Illustration in his Social Media Accounts.- Crediting the Artist is much appreciated when the Client post the Commissioned Illustration in their Social Media Accounts (◍•ᴗ•◍).

The Client will be receiving the Following:- Commissioned Illustration
- Illustration Speedpaint video (1min.)
- (Additional fee) PSD of the Illustration

Usage Policy:- The Artist is allowed to use the artwork on promotion on any social network sites after discussing with the Client.- The Client can print the artwork and use it for promotion but have to credit the artist properly.- No one is allowed to use the art work for any kind of NFT or machine learning (AI).
